COLORSTAB, 1kg
The various natural tannin fractions present in COLORSTAB work together to perform a number of fundamental actions for fastening the colour: deactivation of the oxidase naturally present in the grapes or brought by the Botrytis cinerea, formation of anthocyanin stable compounds, improvement in the organoleptic characteristics.
USES
COLORSTAB® can be used for treatment in maceration for the production of red wines.
The product is to be used from the beginning of maceration and in the first phases following drawing off.
When using COLORSTAB®, comply with the relative legal regulations in force.
APPLICATlONS FOR USE
Completely dissolve the necessary quantity of COLORSTAB® in 10 parts hot water and then add to the product to be treated; do not use metal objects or water with a high limestone content.
Oxygenation (microoxygenation) of the products treated with COLORSTAB® is recommended.
