Pacific Wineries, a cooperative venture between Pacific Winemaking, Evergreen Engineering and Wineries by Design; has between it's partners over 40 years of experience in winery design, engineering, and construction management. They have developed innovative winery designs and construction techniques for a wide range of clients and facilities both locally and abroad. They are unique in the Northwest in that their team can supply the design, manage the construction and procure and install the equipment necessary to make your winery successful – they provide a single point of contact for your winery or cellar construction project from start to finish.

In spite of the range of services they offer, Pacific Wineries remains a small company that will provide you with personalized, professional service. You will have a single project manager to assist you in meeting your goal of building and operating a unique Northwest winery, or adding to and remodeling your existing facility.

Pacific Wineries’ experience ranges from facility retrofits to “greenfield” site development, spanning winery projects from $250k to over $3.5M. If you do not require start-to-finish project services, our flexibility means that we can assist you with any size portion of your project.
