Enartis Ferm ES 123

Saccharomyces cerevisiae that produces intense and fresh aromas of green apple, pear and flowers. These aromas remain stable in time, therefore it's recommended for white wines made from neutral grapes and for the production of aromatic wines destined for the production of spirits.
