An ultra pure food grade, warm soluble granulated gelatin, characterized by low grade hydrolysis and high charge density. It is a highly effective clarifier and stabilizer recommended for clarifying white juice and white wines in conjunction with bentonite and silica sol. In high quality red wines, it improves balance by eliminating excess astringency without reducing wine's structure.
