Enartis Ferm Red Fruit

A yeast, selected by Enartis, for the production of high quality, fruit forward red wines. It is alcohol tolerant up to 16% and produces high levels of polysaccharides. It was selected for the production of wine with a soft structure and an elegant, fruit-driven aroma.
