Enartis Finegel

A concentrated solution containing 200 g/L of high quality fish gelatin. In white wines, it is very effective in reducing oxidative and vegetal characters. In red wines, Finegel eliminates hard tannins and improves roundness and fruit aromas. It also stabilizes color and can be used for the clarification of wines destined for markets which prohibit treatment with substances of bovine or swine origin.
