Enartis Ferm EZ Ferm
This blend of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Saccharomyces bayanus works well in preventing and curing sluggish and stuck fermentations. It can also successfully produce wine from dehydrated grapes. Alcohol tolerance up to 16.5% v/v. Optimum fermentation temperature range 12 to 34°C.
