Enartis Tan Citrus

Blend of gallic and condensed tannin. The low temperatures used during the extraction process of the condensed tannins preserves many of the aromatic precursors contained in the wood that, when added to juice, help to enhance the floral and fruit notes of the resulting wines, especially when paired with a yeast with high Beta-glycosidase activity (Enartis Ferm Top Essence, Aroma White, Vintage White and ES 181).
