Enartis Tan Élevage

Tanenol Élevage is extracted from oak staves which are aged in the open air. It is used in white and red wines to increase structure and olfactory complexity because it gives vanilla, caramel and licorice notes. It also provides antioxidant protection and prevents, as well as cures, the formation of reduced odors. Tanenol Élevage can be added during clarification and protein stabilization of high quality white wine.
