Enartis Tan Uva
A pure white grape seed tannin used to improve structure, mouthfeel and the complexity of red, white, and rosé wine, assisting the expression of fruit notes. When added to must or wine just after primary fermentation, it produces not only a better reaction between tannins and pigment molecules, but also better color fixation. In white wines, it can be used as a fining agent in combination with gelatin.
