Enartis Zym Arom MP

A macerating enzyme that can be used in the production of red, white, and rosé wines characterized by intense primary aromas. Enartis Zym Arom MP contains strong proteasic activity that breaks cell membranes, thus increasing the extraction of aromatic substances from grapes. In white and rosé wines, it helps to reduce the use of bentonite. In red wine, it improves the quality and stability of color.
