Enartis Zym T-Red

A liquid enzyme containing pectolytic and hemicellase activities that are resistant to very high temperatures (>70°C or 158° F). It can be successfully used in the thermovinification processes to enhance color stability and structure. It can also be used during the maceration of red grapes for good clarification and to improve musts' and wines' filterability yield up to 30%.
